Welcome Everyone!

Welcome to our new blog page focused on students and new professionals. My name is Rebecca Slossberg and I am a graduate student pursing a Master of Science in Gerontology at the Virginia Commonwealth University. I attended Penn State University for my undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies. My passion is focused on improving care for older adults and I am excited about sharing my journey with you all as I finish my studies and enter the workforce. I am also currently serving as the student representative for the Southern Gerontological Society and working closely with other students to create a space where students can get advice and their voices can be heard!
